How To Book

Plan your ride in three easy steps – fast, secure, and stress-free.

We make booking an outdoor ride simple. Follow the short process below, and you’ll receive an instant confirmation with everything you need to know before you arrive.

Step 1 - Choose your experience

Browse our rides on the Rides page. Filter by:
- Type (Horseback, Motorbike, Guided Hike)
- Duration (1 hour, Half-Day, Full-Day, Multi-Day)
- Difficulty (Easy / Moderate / Challenging)
- Location (Valley Trail, Loop, Highland Route)
Click View Details on any ride to see the itinerary, meeting point, minimum age, and required fitness level.

Tip: Look for badges like Family Friendly, Advanced, or Seasonal.

Step 2 - Check availability

On the tour details page choose:
- Date
- Number of participants (adults / children)
- Preferred start time (where options exist)
Our calendar shows live availability. If a date is full, use Join Waitlist and we’ll notify you if a spot opens.

Step 3 - Choose extras (optional)

Add extras before checkout:
- Helmet rental
- Transfer from city center
- Professional photos
- Packed lunch
- Private guide
Group discounts and promo codes can be applied in this step.

Step 4 - Review & pay

Review your booking summary (date, time, participants, extras, total).
Payment options:
- Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- UPI / Netbanking
- Digital wallets
- Offline bank transfer (select Pay Later — booking held for 48 hours)
You’ll receive a secure payment receipt and booking reference number by email.

Pricing note: Prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Step 5 - Booking confirmation

Within 48hrs after payment you’ll get:
- Booking reference (e.g., TQ-2025-9931)
- E-ticket PDF with meeting point map
- Safety & kit checklist
- Contact details for local guide
If you don’t receive confirmation within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

Before the ride - what to expect

Arrive 30 minutes before scheduled start for check-in and briefing.
Bring valid photo ID, printed or digital booking confirmation, water, and suitable clothing.
Helmets are compulsory for horseback and motorbike rides. If you selected helmet rental, it will be provided at check-in.

Cancellations & changes (demo policy)

Free cancellation up to 10 days before the ride (refund minus processing fee).
5–10 days: 50% refund.
Less than 5 days: Non-refundable.
Changes to booking (date/time) may be possible subject to availability and a small service fee.

Group bookings & corporate events

For groups of 8+ riders please contact our Events Team at booking@riding.tours for custom packages, private guides, and transport options.

Gift vouchers & promo codes

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue date and are transferable.
Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Accessibility & special requirements

Let us know of any disabilities, pregnancy, or medical conditions at the time of booking so we can advise suitability and provide reasonable adjustments where possible.
